The Time Has Come

Filed under: Uncategorized — kerrywright @ 11:45 pm

The moment you’ve all been waiting for… I’ve got a second blog! What does that mean to all of you loyal readers? Just that my random, infrequently updated blog will now be slightly less random and updated even less frequently.

One of the problems I’ve been having since I’ve started posting was the two very different types of readers that I want to reach:

  1. My parents
  2. ummmmm…. who am I kidding, no one else reads this

Seriously though I’ve been wanting to both keep in touch with friends and family as well as rant about tech things. Now knowing full well that my tech friends don’t care what I do on the weekends, and that my family would probably stop reading if I started writing about the woes of permission grants as it pertains to cross schema triggers in an Oracle 10g database. You here that right there, that was the simultaneous click of all my family members leaving this site to look at the latest sleepy puppy video on YouTube.

So if you are one of the 3 people that might be interested in the tech talk side of things, the new site is here, enjoy.

  3. If I discover your views on hashmaps via a sleepy puppy, does this qualify as an example of the double dispatch pattern? ;-) Best wishes, KNL.
